St. John's, Newfoundland

We took a brief tour of the island by rental car but it was very rainy and windy and we couldn't see much. The highlight of our day was meeting the local people. Today is Thanksgiving in Canada and they served a wonderful buffet in the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and we felt very much at home with them. Pat and Ashley
